Designed in a traditional Slovenian style this wooden chalet-style cottage features well-appointed living spaces, including a cosy living room where guests can gather on chilly evenings, a kitchenette providing everything needed to prepare simple meals including; an induction hob, a fridge and a kettle. The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a dining table.
Outside, the cottage enjoys a pretty garden where guests can soak up the sunshine, cook a meal on the BBQ or dine al fresco

The property is situated in Gabrje pri Sticni a small village located in central Slovenia a 5-minute walk from the Sticna Monastery. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, visitors can take scenic hikes or bike rides through the hills and explore nearby nature reserves such as the
Sticna Marshes (Stiška mocvirja).
Another popular excursion is a day trip to Slovenia’s capital city Ljubljana (a 30-minute drive) where visitors can explore the historic Old Town and visit cultural attractions such as Ljubljana Castle and the Triple Bridge. Alternatively, guests can embark on a wine-tasting tour along the Dolenjska Wine Road, (a 45-minute drive) which winds through the rolling hills and vineyards of the region.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the accommodation and the closest restaurant a 2-minute drive / 20-minute walk away.
The closest international airport is Ljubljana Jože Pucnik Airport (LJU) approximately a 40-minute drive away from the accommodation.
