Further afield is Otocec Castle, situated on an island amidst the Krka River, which offers a taste of Slovenia's rich history in just a 30-minute drive. For adventure, families can visit the Olimje Adventure Park, 20 minutes drive away.

For day trips within an hour’s car ride, explore Ljubljana, Slovenia's charming capital, or Maribor, a city known for its wine culture. For essentials, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are within a 15-minute drive from your holiday apartment.
