The accommodation, of 85 m² furnished with taste and modern style, features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large glass windows that connect to a 45 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect you from the sun and humidity, turning it into a perfect space to have breakfast or lunch while contemplating the sunrises and the tranquillity of the surroundings. ?
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, facilitating the preparation of all kinds of meals without complications. ?
The apartment has three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes to store your luggage. One of them has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for the comfort and privacy of families with children. In addition, there is an additional full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway connecting the bedrooms. ?
