Its spacious garden with a private pool, sun loungers and deck chairs invites you to relax under the sun while children have fun in the play area with sandpit, swings and slide ? ? ? . The interior of the house, with 120 m², combines modern design and comfort. It has three bedrooms —two with double beds and one with two single beds— and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower ?. The independent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more, facilitating a comfortable and practical stay. In the living-dining room, cosy and bright, you will find a fireplace, satellite television with channels in various languages and access to a covered porch with sofas and outdoor table to enjoy nature and mountain views .

Air conditioning with cold/heat in all rooms ensures maximum comfort throughout the year. In addition, the property has free WiFi, covered garage for three vehicles and a storage room for greater convenience .
