Located just a 10-minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the stunning beaches of Torremolinos, this house offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and entertainment.

Built on a spacious 4800-square-meter plot, our two-story villa boasts 500 square meters of interior space, designed to meet all your needs during your stay. From the moment you arrive, you'll be immersed in an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by lush gardens, a 10x5 meter swimming pool, and an outdoor barbecue area, where you can enjoy delicious meals al fresco.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to prepare your favorite dishes, as well as a spacious main lounge with a comfortable 8-seater sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table. Additionally, in the basement, there's another lounge with more space to relax, an additional dining table, and a games area for family or friends to enjoy.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, where 10 people can sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other three share two additional bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub and shower. To accommodate the remaining six guests, we offer three double sofa beds in the main lounge.

In addition to all these amenities, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, internet with wifi, smoke detectors, and a security system with video surveillance at the entrance of the property, to ensure your peace of mind and safety throughout your stay.
