Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.

Enjoy this charming villa in Alhaurín de la Torre, perfect for family or friends groups, with capacity for 8 people and located in a quiet urban area near shops and with easy access to the Costa del Sol. The property has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden and a porch equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing and sharing unforgettable moments under the sun. Additionally, it has parking within the plot so that your vehicle is safe and sheltered.

The property is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with television for you to enjoy with family, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower tray. The upper floor houses three more bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub, all of them with air conditioning to guarantee your comfort, as well as the rest of the bedrooms (except kitchen and living room). The optical fiber internet connection is perfect for those who need to telework or stay connected.

This accommodation enjoys an excellent location, just 20 minutes by car from the airport and the Plaza Mayor shopping centre, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and leisure. In addition, the beaches of Torremolinos are just 25 minutes away, Málaga city centre 30 minutes away, and the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre less than 5 minutes by car, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all types of shops.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, guaranteeing all the comforts to prepare your favourite meals. The fenced plot has a barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, heating with heat pump, mosquito nets throughout the accommodation, and outdoor parking in the same building.
