Discover this wonderful family villa in the exclusive residential area of Pinos de Alhaurín, perfect for enjoying unforgettable holidays with capacity for 11 people. This 324 m² accommodation combines comfort, entertainment and nature, with mountain views and a private garden ideal for relaxing and having fun with family.
Outside, you will find a large swimming pool where you can cool off and share moments with family, along with areas for sports activities such as basketball and mini football, and a spacious trampoline for the little ones' fun. The outdoor lunch area, under a large pergola connected to the kitchen, is perfect for al fresco meals, with direct access to the pool and play area. Additionally, a basement equipped for gatherings with a billiards table and a bathroom with a shower offers an additional space for leisure and comfort. For greater convenience, the villa has covered parking for three vehicles.
Inside, the villa is distributed over three floors to offer spaciousness and privacy. On the main floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to a living room with a fireplace and differentiated areas for television and dining, ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen, bright and equipped with modern appliances, invites you to prepare delicious meals. The main bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, with space for a travel cot if travelling with babies.
On the upper floor, a reception area with a television and a double sofa bed serves as a rest area, accompanied by three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with three single beds designed for children. A bathroom with a shower tray completes this floor. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, mosquito nets, and three televisions for your comfort.
The location is ideal, just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and theme parks, with easy access to the motorway and Málaga airport (14 km). In addition, it is located in a quiet and safe area for children, close to shops and services.
