This holiday apartment with swimming pool offers you the best combination for perfect holidays. Located just a few minutes by car from Alhaurín de la Torre and Alhaurín el Grande, it is located next to one of the best golf courses in the Guadalhorce Valley, Lauro Golf, with a social club that provides excellent attention and catering service (not included). ? Additionally, you can enjoy paddle tennis courts and a quiet landscaped community swimming pool, perfect for relaxing under the sun.

The duplex is very comfortable and accessible via a flight of stairs. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped American kitchen and access to two terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and views. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, so you can prepare your meals with comfort. There is also a toilet with washing machine for greater practicality. ?

On the upper floor are located the two bedrooms, each with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, shower tray and bathtub, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray. The terraces offer views of the golf course and the mountain, creating a relaxing and natural environment. ?
