In a place with immense charm, we find this great house with views of the mountain and the private pool. Located in an area very close to Santander (just 10 minutes by car) and near the Natural Park of the Liencres Dunes and its beaches (7 minutes by car), this location will captivate you. The accommodation is fully equipped and close to all kinds of services and good restaurants.

The house is located in a residential area, very quiet. A perfect place to get to know Cantabria, enjoy the outdoors and the surroundings.

HOUSE LAYOUT
Ground floor: features a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room that connects to the porch and the pool, and a large kitchen that also connects to the porch.

First floor: with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.

Second floor: open space, with a double bed.

Garage: it can be accessed both from outside and from the ground floor.

KITCHEN
It is equipped with all appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle... And all of high quality

EXTERIOR AREA
The property is fully fenced. It has a private swimming pool and outdoor furniture, as can be seen in the photos. The pool is not fenced

7 minutes from Liencres, a paradise for surf lovers. Known for offering exceptional conditions, making it an essential destination for sports enthusiasts. The natural environment surrounding Liencres adds a special touch to the experience. The Natural Park of the Liencres Dunes offers an impressive backdrop, with sand dunes and cliffs that create a spectacular landscape.

Surfboards can be comfortably left in the garage. Although they can also be left outside the house, in a corner.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day of the booking confirmation. The check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorised by your booking platform.
