Located in an area very close to Santander (just 10 minutes by car) and near the Natural Park of the Liencres Dunes and its beaches (7 minutes by car), this location will captivate you. The accommodation is fully equipped and close to all kinds of services and good restaurants.
The house is located in a residential area, very quiet. A perfect place to get to know Cantabria, enjoy the outdoors and the surroundings.
HOUSE LAYOUT
Ground floor: features a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room that connects to the porch and the pool, and a large kitchen that also connects to the porch.
First floor: with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.
Second floor: open space, with a double bed.
Garage: it can be accessed both from outside and from the ground floor.

It is equipped with all appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle... And all of high quality
