In a beautiful coastal village, we discovered this charming house, very well equipped and with an outdoor space designed to enjoy in company. It is the ideal destination for a getaway to Cantabria. Just 5 minutes by car are the impressive beaches of Berria and Trengandín. In addition, 10 minutes away is the Natural Park of the Santoña Marshes. Just 7 minutes away is the town of Santoña, known for its wide range of tourist and gastronomic activities.
HOUSE LAYOUT
The ground floor features a bright living room with a spacious dining area that connects to the kitchen and one of the outdoor terraces. It also includes a full bathroom.
On the first floor, three cosy double rooms and another full bathroom. The main bedroom has a spare bed, to be used when necessary.
EXTERIOR AREA
The terrace, connected to the living room, offers clear views of the surroundings. It has a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax in good company: such as another, larger dining area and a smaller one next to the house entrance. The outdoor furniture can be adapted to the guests' needs.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Additionally, it has a small breakfast table and is adjacent to the dining room.
FOR SURF LOVERS
- Located near the popular beaches of Berria and Trengandín, highly appreciated by surfers.
- The house has an outdoor area where surfboards can be stored.
- There are several surf schools in the vicinity.
MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day of the booking confirmation. The check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.
DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorised by your booking platform.
