Recently renovated, it offers a living-dining room with direct access to a private terrace with table, chairs and awning, where you can enjoy sea and garden views while relaxing or dining outdoors. The double bedroom also opens onto the terrace, ensuring a perfect connection with the natural environment. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob to prepare your favourite meals, and the complete bathroom has a bathtub for total relaxation. Additionally, it has air conditioning and free WiFi for your comfort.
The residential complex stands out for its four community swimming pools (available depending on the season) and extensive gardens with paths and shaded areas, ideal for sunbathing or disconnecting surrounded by nature. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the famous Paloma Park, with shops, restaurants and bars within reach, as well as a rich cultural offer to explore.

As we also do in all other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodations have towel and bed linen sets. We have cots and high chairs upon request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all of this, absolutely FREE.
