Enjoy this spacious three-storey house designed for groups of up to 12 people, perfect for creating unforgettable memories with family or friends. With 280 m², the property offers comfort and spaciousness, with air conditioning in almost all rooms, except kitchen and bathrooms, and double glazing for a calm and pleasant environment. The house has 5 well-equipped bedrooms, including a suite with a private bathroom and partial sea views, and a basement bedroom with bunk bed, double bed and cot, ideal for the little ones.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining room with direct access to the terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches, and an independent kitchen with a modern central island, equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious family meals. In addition, there is a toilet for greater comfort.

In the exterior, the jewel is the private swimming pool with easy access via steps, surrounded by garden furniture and a barbecue area with sail-shaped awnings, ideal for relaxing and enjoying unique moments. For entertainment, you will find a removable badminton net, inflatable pool figures, and a home gym in the basement. This space also offers a television area and dining table to complement outdoor activities.

The location is unbeatable: just 1 km from supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops, with easy access to beaches and multiple attractions such as water parks, golf courses and the picturesque Mijas Pueblo a short drive away. In addition, it is well connected to the public transport network and quick access to explore the entire province of Málaga.
