Description

This approx. 50 m², quietly located holiday home is situated on the east side of the Canary Island of La Palma in the municipality of Breña Alta, approx. two kilometres from the sandy beach. On warm days, you can refresh yourself in the communal swimming pool and then sunbathe in the communal garden. Or you can sit on the 57 m², partially covered terrace, enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and relax with a good glass of wine. Nothing stands in the way of arriving by car, as there is a car park on site. It is airily furnished and has a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are two further sleeping options. These are located in the living room. There is a sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) and an extra bed (90 x 200 cm) can be added if required. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. Breakfast can also get off to a good start thanks to the coffee machine, toaster and kettle. As the fridge also has a freezer compartment, food can be optimally stored during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Thanks to its favourable location, practically all destinations on the island are easy to reach by car or bus. The holiday home is therefore ideal as a starting point for exploring and activities on La Palma. The holiday home is approx. ten minutes by car from the capital St. Cruz de La Palma. There is a grocery shop about 800 metres away. And if you don't feel like cooking yourself, there is a restaurant about 800 metres away. The rural atmosphere and the sweeping views over the sea and the mountains ensure a good mood and relaxation. A broadband internet connection via network cable and WLAN, as well as German satellite TV, are available to guests free of charge.
