Outside, enjoy a private pool, a spacious shaded porch with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing, having barbecues or sunbathing ??. Additionally, it has an outdoor bathroom with a shower for greater comfort.

The interior is spacious and welcoming, with a bright living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning, ideal for resting in any season. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals .

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds, all with air conditioning to ensure perfect rest. It also has an interior bathroom with a shower.

Access to the accommodation is via a 500-metre unpaved road, compact and safe, maintaining the privacy and tranquillity of the surroundings.
