The house has air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment throughout the stay. The private surface pool provides a refreshing and fun space, although to access it, it is necessary to climb a removable ladder. In the exteriors, you will find shaded areas and a large family table where you can share lunches and dinners outdoors, enjoying the natural environment and the Mediterranean climate.

Inside, the house has a fully equipped American kitchen with gas appliances, including a combi fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to cook comfortably. • Ground floor: kitchen, living-dining room, one bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower tray.
• Upper floor: five double bedrooms, with double or single beds, all with window to the outside and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
