The 200 m² dwelling offers a comfortable and spacious environment, with mountain views and a fenced plot that guarantees privacy and security. Its strategic location just 10 minutes from the commercial area of Coín and close to multiple services and tourist attractions such as golf courses, water parks and beaches, makes it a perfect option to combine rest and leisure.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment throughout the stay. The private surface pool provides a refreshing and fun space, although to access it, it is necessary to climb a removable ladder. In the exteriors, you will find shaded areas and a large family table where you can share lunches and dinners outdoors, enjoying the natural environment and the Mediterranean climate.

Inside, the house has a fully equipped American kitchen with gas appliances, including a combi fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to cook comfortably. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, equipped with a Smart TV and direct access to the outdoor porch, ideal for relaxation moments.

The distribution is divided into two floors:
• Ground floor: kitchen, living-dining room, one bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower tray.
• Upper floor: five double bedrooms, with double or single beds, all with window to the outside and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
