Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this family rural house located on the slope of the Ermita de Cártama, designed for rest and fun in a unique natural environment. This property has a fully fenced private pool, ideal for the safety of the little ones, where you can relax sunbathing while enjoying the impressive views of the mountain and the Guadalhorce Valley. In addition, the outdoor space offers a barbecue area and a bench surrounded by trees to enjoy moments with family or friends, including pétanque games for entertainment.

The interior of the house is cosy and functional, with a living room equipped with television and comfortable furniture for rest. The American kitchen, separated by a bar, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything necessary to prepare your meals with comfort. The integrated dining room is perfect for sharing breakfasts, lunches or dinners in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

The rural house has three bedrooms with capacity for 8 people: two bedrooms to the left of the entrance and one to the right, all with exterior windows and space to store luggage. The beds are distributed in a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed; the main bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. Additionally, it has an interior bathroom with a shower tray and another full exterior bathroom with a shower tray, facilitating comfort for large groups.

The access path to the house is mountainous and concreted, with some sections of steep slope if accessed from Cártama.

This 75 m² property is surrounded by nature and is located just 2 km from the centre of Cártama, with proximity to local restaurants and supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona). It is also well connected: 5 km from the local train station and 30 km from María Zambrano AVE station in Málaga. For those seeking leisure, Lauro Golf course is 11 km away and Málaga beaches are 25 km away. The area is ideal for children and offers a quiet rural environment.
