Enjoy a unique experience in this charming rural house with capacity for 5 people, perfect for families looking for comfort and nature. Located in the interior of the Guadalhorce Valley, this property offers spacious outdoor areas where you can relax and share unforgettable moments.

The property has a **private pool** with mountain views, a spacious porch with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area to prepare delicious outdoor lunches. All of this surrounded by a spectacular natural environment that invites you to disconnect.

Its excellent location places you just a few minutes from the motorway, facilitating access to both the Costa del Sol and the inland area. The last section to reach the house is via a path with a steep slope and unpaved with irregularities; if you travel in a sports car, we do not recommend this accommodation. ??

Inside, you will find a spacious dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. This layout allows the family to coexist comfortably, whether watching television or enjoying meals together. ?

The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two people and another with three single beds, both with a window to the outside that provides natural light and views of the surroundings. In addition, it has a full bathroom with a shower. ?

This 85 m² property is designed so that you can enjoy rural charm with all modern comforts. The garden and fenced plot guarantee privacy and security, while the 66 m² terrace is the perfect place to relax. It also has a fireplace, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and wifi internet access so that you do not lose connection.

Regarding services and environment, you will have outdoor parking in the same building and a television for your leisure moments. The area is ideal for children and for those who seek to enjoy nature and the tranquility of the rural environment. ? ? ?
