Finca Aguaillo is only 2 km away from a popular white-washed village of Cómpeta. If you want to be close to the village and stay in a place with a super easy access, then this fabulous holiday spot is just for you. When you are not exploring the village or the nearby National park, you can enjoy the comfortable and relaxed design of this newly remodeled finca. Finca Aguaillo offers a brand new fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Spacious living / dining area with two leather sofas, Sharp Smart TV, dining table, wood burner for cozy winter nights and air-conditioning (hot&cold), 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other one with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (hot&cold). Bathroom has a walking shower with a rain effect shower head. Outside a refreshing swimming pool (4x2m) along with a seating area under a covered terrace. The house is complemented with a large pergola to offer an extra shady area for those hot summer days and a barbecue area to enjoy in the winter months. The finca is completely fenced to give a peace of mind to those who travel with their furry companions. Most of the finca's land is steep, but a sitting corner just at the top of it offers a great place to soak up the amazing mountain views. The whole way to Finca Aguaillo is on tarmac road with an very easy access, which is very sought after in this beautiful mountainous region. The closest town is Cómpeta, only 2 km away, it is just a stone's trow away and in 20 min or so one can easily enjoy its vibrant athmosphere. Here one can find several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet-café, souvenir shops, tourist information and much more.
