This spacious property in Casabermeja is perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people who want to explore the province of Malaga without giving up an urban and comfortable environment. The accommodation consists of a main house with capacity for six people and two independent studios on the same plot, which accommodate two people each.

In the heart of the dwelling, you will find a lovely inner courtyard with a private swimming pool, natural shade areas and outdoor furniture, with sun loungers for the little ones. Access to the pool is via built-in stairs; supervision is recommended with children. Next to the porch, the barbecue area and the large family table invite outdoor meals; for cool nights, the porch has a ceiling heater.

The main house offers a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, induction, coffee maker, toaster and more) connected to the living room-bedroom with a double sofa bed. Rest is distributed in two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed in two heights) and a full bathroom that includes baby changing table. The studios have a double bed, own kitchen, TV and bathroom with shower, providing privacy and comfort.

In the fenced plot (terrace of 100 m²) you will have air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, fans, washing machine, dryer and garage with space for trailer, caravan or motorhome (with additional cost). Connectivity is guaranteed with wifi via fibre optic. For families, we make new cot and high chair available to you (upon request and at no cost).

The location is unbeatable for driving to iconic places such as the El Torcal Natural Site in Antequera, Málaga capital, Antequera, and La Malagueta beach, all within 35 km. Additionally, it is close to supermarkets and local restaurants, as well as the María Zambrano AVE station and Málaga international airport.
