General:
Comfortable and spacious apartment: very well equipped (though we had to buy 2 small sharp knives for cutting bread, cheese etc.) Plenty of outdoor space including a rooftop terrace though that lacks shade. Very pleasant, quiet and well maintained complex. Swimming pool area particularly good. Car needed for access to shops, though it was possible to walk to the nearest beach. Plenty to see and do in the area, again if you have a car. Driving through the town of Casares itself we saw 50 or more vultures circling and landing on a crag (feeding station?) off the roadside just behind Restaurante Andares. Market at Sabanillas on a Friday is worth a visit.Two minor gripes: it would have been helpful to be informed that the best way to get in touch with the keyholder is by Whatsapp. Once I discovered that by contacting Novasol directly, it was easy to arrange about access to the apartment with Eugenia who was very helpful. The other thing was being asked to fill in the form of our personal details as we arrived: had we been asked for those during the original booking process we would not have had to sit in our hire car outside the apartment hoping that my mobile phone would work.
