Relax in your private pool surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden or enjoy the sun on the spacious terraces with a barbecue area, perfect for unforgettable moments with family and friends. The villa has two living rooms: a main living-dining room with a fireplace for long relaxation afternoons and a leisure room with a billiards table to add fun to your stay.
The independent kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, juicer), will allow you to prepare your favourite dishes with comfort. In addition, the villa has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, for greater functionality.
For your comfort, the property is air-conditioned with cold/heat air conditioning and heating via heat pump, as well as free Wi-Fi and satellite television in various languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, French). It also has outdoor parking for two vehicles in the same building, facilitating access.
