- Second floor in a small private building for holiday use. - It is a cosy, fresh flat, with very colourful decoration, small but intense, pleasant and varied atmospheres. - On the roof you will have an intimate solarium with sunbeds, shower, artificial grass and plenty of sun. - High speed Wi-Fi with full coverage. - Easy parking and perfectly located for exploring the whole island. - Sanitary cleaning and prevention protocols in the flat and common areas. Hosts always available, that your experience is excellent is our goal. You will have, without going out to the street, an intimate solarium in which the tan is assured, with artificial grass, forget about shoes, also comfortable loungers and for the heat, a refreshing shower. Outside, just off the street, there is a small but beautiful park with toys for children, look for the endemic lizards of Gran Canaria on the stone wall, a little fruit at midday and you will see them appear. The beach, 500 metres away, is off the beaten track, with black sand and volcanic lava, its sea, with a high iodine content, is very healthy for sensitive skin. The wind sometimes comes up in summer so if you like kite surfing it will be your paradise. Also if you like fishing, snorkelling, walking along new routes, feeling the sea, El Burrero and our flat is ideal. In summer the average temperature is 25 degrees Celsius, in winter it is 20 degrees Celsius, there is plenty of air conditioning. Large shower for a comforting shower, luminous sink area for hygiene, make-up, shaving... we include essential toiletries and beauty products for women and men, including sunscreen 50+. The living room/kitchen area is spacious, fresh and well lit, good proportion. The balcony, with spectacular sunsets, has an armchair ideal for reading, cuddling, having a glass of wine, a cup of tea .... feeling the warmth of the sun :) The dining room, natural ambience, feeling the sea breeze, large table, comfortable chairs... The kitchen, small, in the corner, practical, with everything you need at hand; good breakfast and to explore. Bedroom, fresh, with the sea as a protagonist, midnight light, bedside table, socket for mobile phone charger on both sides, large wardrobe, full-length mirror, opaque curtain. The beach of El Burrero : It has a pharmacy, supermarkets and several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy everything from fast food to delicious fresh fish and typical Canarian cuisine. Municipal sand court where children and adults can enjoy outdoor sports activities. It also has a large avenue to enjoy a stroll by the sea or visit the beach behind, San Agustin, black sand and see the spectacular sea from the rock: La Mar fea. The crystal clear and fresh waters of Playa del Burrero have a high iodine content, which makes it especially interesting for people with skin problems. In February you can see the fireworks from the sea when the Carnival of Carrizal is celebrated, unique for its spectacularity and duration. Sunshine Gran Canaria offers you a different way of experiencing the island, from the inside, surrounded by local people, feeling their kindness, their naturalness.
