Casa Lluminosa is a beautiful and modern town house for rent in Menorca, in a minimalist style with a pool. It is located in the historic center of Ferreries, a very quiet and residential area of Ferreries, right in the center of Menorca. It has four double bedrooms, separate kitchen, living-dining room, three bathrooms, two of them en suite, terrace, patio with pool and barbecue. The house is accessed by stairs. These give way to the living room. The spacious living-dining room has a large L-shaped sofa, television, air conditioning and a large square table and chairs for all diners. In addition, it has direct access to the balcony, which offers beautiful views of the mountains and the pool.

Next is the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything needed to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a small table and chairs, vitro, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The kitchen also has direct access to the balcony and the outside of the house.

The first double room is also located on this floor. This is equipped with a double bed, a large dressing room, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large shower tray and hairdryer.

On the upper floor, there are the other three double rooms. The master bedroom suite is equipped with a large double bed and a fabulous dressing room to store all your clothes and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The next double bedroom is also equipped with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. In addition, this bedroom has a private balcony with beautiful views of the pool. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds, a closet with enough space to store clothes and a desk, ideal for those who need to work. The other bathroom is also fully equipped with a shower and hairdryer.

All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used on weekdays is provided and bed linen are changed every 7 days and an extra cleaning.

THE AREA

The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants a few meters from the house. A few meters walk from the property there are bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers and fishmongers, a medical center, taxi and bus stops, hairdressers, etc.

Ferreries is located just 7km from the prestigious Cala Galdana beach and a few kilometers from the rest of the beaches, towns and the countless places of interest that the island has.

A few minutes from the Villa for rent in Menorca there is a bus stop that offers good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car rental is not essential, although it is always recommended in an Island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want to access different highlights and all the virgin caves more easily.
