The historical context was respected and the original construction form was retained. The villa is situated on the edge of a picturesque small and quiet hamlet, Fontclara, in the heart of the Empordà, with its medieval stone villages such as Peratallada, Pals, Palau Sator or Ullastret.

The particular charm of this rural atmosphere is its proximity to the sea: at a distance of 10 minutes, the landscape transforms into the beaches, coves and whitewashed fishing villages of the Costa Brava, close to Pals or Begur.
