This holiday home is located in the quaint town of Güevejar near Granada and boasts a garage and a community playground, which is also accessible to residents of the other houses on the property. The owners live nearby and are available should any questions arise.

There is a bus stop just 150 meters from the house. This bus stop serves central Granada, where you can visit the famous sights on foot. The house is also an ideal base for visiting the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras and the Costa Tropical. Several restaurants, a gas station, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket are located in the vicinity of the house.
