Description
This house is located in a quiet street in the heart of the Albayzin neighbourhood, just a stone's throw from the Mirador de San Nicolas.
A staircase takes you from the first floor to the roof terrace. The view is so impressive that you will probably sit here as often as possible.
The house has been renovated in such a way that it has retained its typical rustic and Andalusian style. You enter the 90m² house and find yourself in the open-plan living and dining area with American kitchen. There is a sofa in the living area, which can also be used as a sofa bed (150x200cm) for two people. You can have breakfast at the bar with a view of the inner courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and toaster. A pretty bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin completes the offer on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The large room has its own toilet and a queen-size bed (140x200cm). The other room has a built-in wardrobe, a pull-out bed with two mattresses each (80x200cm) and a view of the Alhambra from the window.
The house is very well located and therefore popular. The quiet side street in Albayzin has many advantages. Within a few minutes you can reach many sights, good restaurants, supermarkets, the weekly market and in ten minutes you are already in the centre of Granada and in Calle Elvira with bars, shopping facilities and the famous cathedral. The Alhambra can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
The washing machine is located in the inner courtyard with its beautiful stone walls and a lemon tree. There is also a tumble dryer here.
