Welcome to Finca Lanzarosy
The property:
is located on the edge of the village of GUATIZA, right at the foot of the Caldereta volcano, which offers wonderful panoramic views. Behind us is an extensive nature reserve.
Your garden seating area surrounded by palm trees and cacti invites you to relax and unwind. A charcoal barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.
The approx. 55m² house is suitable for a maximum of four people. When you enter the house, you are greeted by a spacious living and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the important kitchen utensils. In addition to a gas hob and an oven, there is also a fridge, a toaster and a coffee machine. The dining area not only invites you to eat but also to socialise with a TV. A fireplace provides cosy warmth even in cooler weather. There is a king-size bed in each of the two separate bedrooms. A shower room with WC completes the offer.
ARRIETA (6 km) is an original fishing village with restaurants right by the sea and a bay with a sandy beach. The secluded "snow beaches" off ORZOLA (16km) are ideal for snorkelling and swimming. COSTA TEGUISE (12km) offers not only beaches but also diving and surfing schools, restaurants, bars and much more.
