Enjoy this spacious country house in Guillena, perfect for up to 12 people, surrounded by holm oaks and nature , in a quiet urbanisation with private access. Its strategic location allows you to easily reach the centre of Seville and Isla de la Cartuja by motorway or regional roads.

The property has a spacious garden and a private pool that looks like an oasis, with safe areas for children and elderly people, ideal for cooling off and relaxing under the sun ??. In addition, it offers incredible leisure spaces for the whole family, such as a small indoor football field ? and a 9-hole mini golf course ?, alongside perfect shaded areas for reading or contemplating nature.

The interior is comfortable and functional, with 194 m² distributed on a single floor to facilitate mobility. You will find five bedrooms with individual beds, spacious and bright, which guarantee rest for everyone. There are three bathrooms, one next to the kitchen with a shower tray, and two more accessible from the bedroom area.

The dining room, with a fireplace, creates a cosy atmosphere for sharing moments with family, while a second living room with television is ideal for children to entertain themselves. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer . It even has a dining table for more informal meals.

The exterior invites you to enjoy the outdoors with several barbecue and dining areas, perfect for family lunches . The plot is fenced for security and has direct access to a private path within the urbanisation, ideal for walks among trees. Although there is a supermarket near a petrol station, we recommend bringing your shopping done to save time.

The house has all modern amenities: air conditioning throughout the accommodation, central heating, symmetric fibre optic internet connection with 600MB , fans, mosquito nets on all windows, washing machine, dryer and outdoor parking within the premises.

Do not forget that during the summer it is forbidden to make fires on the plot, and the access path is private.
