This spacious family villa ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway, this holiday home features three comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds—along with a double sofa bed, allowing it to accommodate up to eight guests. The property is pet-friendly, accepting up to two dogs (up to 10 kg) for a small nightly fee. Designed for comfort and leisure, the villa boasts a private 24 m² pool, air conditioning, a ping-pong table, darts, a barbecue area, and both a private garage and additional parking space. Conveniently located just 600 meters, or a seven-minute walk, from Riells Beach, the villa offers easy access to a family-friendly beach known for its shallow, clear waters—perfect for children. The beachfront promenade is lively and lined with restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and local stores. The property is situated in L'Escala, a charming coastal town offering both natural beauty and cultural experiences. Public transport links such as bus stops are nearby, and the area provides good road access to other parts of the Costa Brava and beyond. The villa includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with essential cookware, pots, pans, and utensils, as well as direct access to an outdoor barbecue area. There are two bathrooms with showers, one on each floor, ensuring convenience for larger groups. Bed linen is included, and towels can be rented. Additional services such as pool towels, baby cots, high chairs, and late check-in options are available upon request.
