This luxury villa with exceptional sea views, offers an elegant and private retreat for up to eight guests. It features four bedrooms—three with double beds and one with two single beds—making it ideal for families or groups. The villa welcomes one small dog (up to 10 kg) for a nightly fee. Guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden, three spacious terraces, and a striking infinity pool that appears to flow into the Mediterranean. The setting is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxation, and enjoying the coastal scenery in complete privacy. Situated in the exclusive area of Cala Montgó on the Costa Brava, the villa is just a short walk from a sandy, shallow beach that’s ideal for children. The surrounding area offers a mix of nature and activity, including hiking trails in the Montgrí Natural Park, which lies just nearby. Guests will also find opportunities for water sports, biking, and fishing. The location blends stunning landscapes with cultural heritage, while local dining and essential services are easily accessible, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The villa’s interior includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils, perfect for preparing meals at home. It features two full bathrooms—one with a bathtub, one with a shower—and an additional toilet. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, internet access, bed linen (included in the cleaning fee), and optional extras such as towels, pool towels, baby equipment, and late check-in services. (Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.)
