Pets are welcome for an additional fee, with a limit of one small dog (up to 10kg). The villa is just a 12-minute walk from Riells Beach and its lively promenade, where you'll find shops, restaurants, cafés, and family-friendly entertainment. Water sports, children’s play zones, and supermarkets are all nearby, making this a convenient location for both relaxing and active holidays. Parking is available in the property's private garage or freely on the street, and during July and August, guests can enjoy access to a communal pool. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Additional features such as Wi-Fi, seasonal heating, and bed linen included in the final cleaning fee ensure a comfortable stay.
