A newly renovated villa ideal for families, this spacious holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests in three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two bunk beds. Featuring a private swimming pool, shaded porch with outdoor dining and barbecue area, and panoramic views over L’Escala, it’s perfect for summer getaways. Air conditioning, internet access, and garage parking are included, while extras like baby cots, pool towels, and high chairs are available for rent. Pets are welcome, except for dangerous breeds. Located in a peaceful area of L’Escala, the villa is just a 13-minute walk from the sandy Riells Beach and only 10 minutes from the scenic Montgrí Natural Park. Riells promenade is ideal for families, offering a lively mix of restaurants, entertainment for children, water sports, shops, and supermarkets—all within walking distance. The surrounding natural and urban attractions make this a balanced destination for both relaxation and exploration. Inside, the property features an American-style kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and a large living-dining area with direct access to the porch and garden. From November to April, note that the pool and Wi-Fi are not available. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, with towels offered as an optional service. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each stay, and a refundable security deposit is required at check-in. (Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.)
