A spacious and family-friendly villa, this comfortable holiday home accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The ground floor features a cozy living room opening onto a terrace, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and an additional bathroom provide ample space for rest and privacy. The villa also boasts a private pool area with sun loungers for guests to unwind, although the pool and Wi-Fi are not available from November to April. Pets are welcome with a supplement, and the property does not accept groups of young guests under 21. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is just a 10-minute walk from the scenic Natural Park of Montgrí, perfect for hiking and nature walks. The sandy Riells Beach and its lively promenade are only 13 minutes away, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and water activities. Supermarkets and entertainment venues are also nearby, making this a convenient spot for families seeking both relaxation and easy access to local attractions. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating (seasonal), as well as bed linen included in the final cleaning fee. Guests can rent optional extras such as beach towels, baby cots, and high chairs. A refundable security deposit is collected on arrival, and tourist tax applies to all guests over 16. Kitchen essentials and towels are available at an additional charge, and late check-in is possible with prior arrangement. (Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.)
