Families are prioritized, and groups of young people under 21 are not accepted. The apartment includes air conditioning, heating (seasonal), and internet access. Bed linen is included in the cleaning fee, and check-in is handled conveniently through a local agency. Situated just 50 meters from Illa Mateua beach and 550 meters from Cala Montgó, this apartment places guests in one of the Costa Brava’s most scenic coastal areas. The region is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby opportunities for hiking, biking, and water sports. Essentials like restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local convenience. For longer stays, the location also offers easy access to L’Escala’s main town services and transportation links. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with basic utensils, and the dining and living area opens onto a terrace perfect for relaxing.
