A well-equipped and conveniently located apartment, this bright holiday home in L’Escala features two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Spanning 60 m², it offers a relaxing stay with a living area that opens onto a private 4 m² terrace and a balcony—perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The building includes an elevator for easy access, and the apartment is air-conditioned and centrally heated, making it suitable for year-round stays. A shared swimming pool provides an inviting space to cool off, while free Wi-Fi and satellite TV enhance the in-house entertainment experience. Ideally situated in the charming town of L’Escala on the Costa Brava, the apartment is close to sandy beaches, scenic coastal paths, and a variety of local shops, restaurants, and markets. This location allows guests to explore both the historic and modern sides of L’Escala with ease. The area is known for its relaxed seaside atmosphere and family-friendly surroundings, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby cultural sites or enjoying leisurely beach days. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including a ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher.
