Though pets are not allowed, optional services such as baby cots, high chairs, and beach towels are available upon request. The apartment is non-smoking and does not accept youth groups under 21. Positioned in the heart of L’Escala’s old town, the apartment enjoys a prime location just steps from the seafront and Riells beach. Guests have immediate access to a range of shops, local markets, restaurants, and bars, offering a taste of authentic Catalan life. The property’s central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the fishing village and its surroundings, with nearby attractions and essential services all within walking distance. This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine—providing all the tools needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A modern bathroom with shower is also available. Linen is included in the cleaning fee, while towels can be rented. Final cleaning and local tourist tax are mandatory, and a refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. (Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.)
