While the property does not allow pets, it features generous outdoor space, a private garage for two cars, and recreational amenities such as a ping-pong table, football area, volleyball net, and portable barbecue. This charming villa is just a five-minute walk from the sandy shores of Riells Beach, with a wide range of nearby attractions including bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a supermarket. Guests can also reach the historic center of L’Escala on foot in about 30 minutes. For nature lovers, the Montgrí Natural Park is within walking distance, offering tranquil forest trails and scenic views. The location strikes a perfect balance between beach life, convenience, and outdoor adventure.
