A charming villa set in a peaceful neighborhood of L’Escala, this pet-friendly holiday home accommodates up to six guests. The property features three bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed—making it ideal for families or small groups. While groups under 21 are not allowed, one small dog (up to 10kg) is welcome for a nightly fee. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool used by only four neighboring homes. Optional extras such as high chairs, cots, and beach towels are available on request. Situated between the beaches of Riells and Cala Montgó, the villa offers convenient access to scenic coastline and a nearby natural area with forest trails and sea views. The surrounding location is tranquil yet close to local amenities including cafes, supermarkets, and outdoor attractions. Whether guests wish to explore the coastline or enjoy peaceful walks in nature, the setting provides a balanced mix of relaxation and local charm. The area is best accessed by car for flexibility in reaching nearby towns or transport hubs. The home is arranged across two floors and includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. There are two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower—along with a separate toilet. A Smart-TV is available in the living room, functioning through Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace with barbecue facilities, perfect for dining al fresco. Linen is included, while towels and other extras can be rented at an additional charge. (Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.)
