This is a cosy 1-bedroom apartment in Urbanització l'Eucaliptus. Only 100m from the beach, the home is perfect for a seaside vacation. It is ideal for a couple or small family. The apartment is in the middle of a nature reserve 8 km from Amposta. The area around the home is ideal for hiking and for nature lovers. The Delta del Ebro National Park is nearby, where you can fish and canoe. Els Muntells is 3 km away and has various shops, bars and restaurants. Only 10 km from the apartment you will find the beach and fishing village of St. Carles de la Ràpita with its beautiful port. There's a restaurant and supermarket 4.5 km away. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a lift. The shared roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the sea. There's also a shared swimming pool. It is air conditioned and offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.

Wij kregen de boeking niet rond via de computer, Ik heb dan telefonisch contact opgenomen met Belvilla, en zij hebben alles voor ons in orde gebracht,

accommodatie is prima. aankomst goed ontvangen. het enige minpunt het bed met de veren in het matras voelde je over je hele lijf. suggestie: een opdek matras. omgeving prima.

Prachtige omgeving heel mooi Veel te doen mits je er met de auto komt Jammer dat het natuurpark niet meer toerijkend was vanaf 15 september en na 14 oktober begint het jacht seizoen

Prima accommodatie alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Alleen jammer dat juist toen wij daar waren de tegelvloer van bovenliggend appartement vervangen moest worden. Lawaaioverlast dus. Adequaat geregeld door Belvilla. Mooi uitzicht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Der Strand war sauber und nicht zu voll. Amposta war auch einen Besuch wert, es uns dort gut gefallen. Wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.

het was er voor ons toch een beetje te rustig, daar het niet zo een goed weer was zijn we s,avonds veel op het appartement moeten blijven ,er is in de beurt echt niets om eens naartoe te gaan

This accommodation provided us with a perfect base from which to fully explore the delights of the Ebro delta. As bird watching enthusiasts we were even able to sit on first floor balcony and watch a delightful array of bird life visit the garden area immediately in front of the building. The apartment was comfortable and warm on cold evenings but we have made reference in our feedback comments of the need for constant review of housekeeping standards. Nets

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit unserer Tochter. Der Pool auf dem Dach und die Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch. Ein kleines Manko sind die dünnen Wände in diesem Haus. Der günstige Preis mach alles wieder gut -)

Zeer ruim verzorgd huis, twee grote slaapkamers en een grote overdekte verranda! Alles is in de woning aanwezig, van een barbeque (kolen en elektrisch), tosti-apparaat tot fietsen (4 x ATB en 3 x kinderfietsjes). Eigenlijk geen.

Wir werden die Wohnung wahrscheinlich nicht noch mal mieten, da man merkt, dass die Eigentümer keinen Wert auf Instandhaltung legen.

Das Apartement liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnaatmosphäre, mit sichtlicher Nähe zum Strand. Es beinhaltet alle nötigen Sanitäranlagen und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Klimaanlage macht das heiße Klima sehr angenehm. Ebenso der hauseigene Pool beeindruckt und lädt zum baden ein. Der Strand ist im Großen sauber und bequem. Einzig und allein die hohe Anzahl an Mücken mit zunemehnd spätem Abend haben uns daran gehintert, sich den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang hinter den Bergen ein zweites Mal anzuschauen.
