The house has air conditioning, barbecue, two terraces, an interior patio, and all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home.
Outside, there are plenty of parking spaces, and very spacious gardens and communal areas, as well as the swimming pool and solarium area where you can relax and sunbathe enjoying the tranquillity that the area offers. The complex also has a communal swimming pool, large solarium area and private parking, and is located just a minute away from a high performance sports centre ideal for keeping fit during your holidays or preparing for sporting events for elite athletes.
