Description

The holiday flat is located in Torrox-Park, a modern holiday complex on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. The urbanisation is located between the towns of Torrox, Torrox-Costa and Nerja. There are numerous opportunities to spend an interesting and varied holiday in the surrounding area. Ideal for family holidays, adventure holidays, beach holidays, winter holidays. This flat is located approx. two kilometres from Torrox-Costa in a three-storey apartment building (on the second floor). The house is situated on a slope and you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains and the sea from the conservatory and balcony.

The flat is comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning in the living room and a standard ceiling fan in the large bedroom for cooling. During the cooler seasons, an electric fireplace in the living room and a portable electric heater provide cosy warmth. There is also a gas stove in the conservatory, which can also be used to heat the living room. The American kitchen (integrated into the large living room) is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, juicer). In the large bedroom there is a double bed with two separate mattresses (each 200 cm x 90 cm); in the smaller bedroom there are two single beds (each 200 cm x 90 cm). There is plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin and WC. In the cooler months of the year, an infrared radiator ensures your well-being.

The house is surrounded by a spacious garden in which the pool area is also located. Showers and toilets are available in the pool area. The pool is exclusively available to guests of the Montemar complex. Due to the drought situation in Andalusia, there may be restrictions on pool use.

There are several small restaurants approx. 500 metres from the apartment building, as well as a shop where you can buy all your daily necessities. In Torrox-Costa you will find several supermarkets and a large number of restaurants. In Torrox-Costa you can enjoy the beach life on the marvellous sandy beach and on the beach promenade (at approx. 1.5 km one of the longest on the Costa del Sol).
