Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.

This apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, perfectly situated so that you can enjoy the beach and all services on foot. The area has a wide gastronomic offer, from beach bars to restaurants and leisure venues. In addition, the coastal path, a wooden walkway that runs along the coast, is perfect for walking or cycling with sea views ??? .

The urbanisation offers exclusive parking for its users, without assigned spaces, which depends on the good use by all residents and visitors. The jewel of the complex is its beautiful and spacious swimming pool, surrounded by grass and plants, with access protected by code for your safety. The apartment, located on what appears to be a first floor, only requires climbing a small flight of stairs to access the main door. It also has access from the terrace that overlooks the pool and offers sea views, ideal for entering and leaving without detours.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall that leads to an elegant and comfortable dining room, visually connected to an independent kitchen through a half arch with a bar for breakfasts or snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your meals without problems, and if you need additional ingredients, a local supermarket is just a few minutes walking .

The apartment has two bedrooms separated by a spacious bathroom with a shower tray. The main bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom has two single beds, one of them a trundle bed, which allows comfortably accommodating a fifth person ? .

The internet connection is fibre optic and there is air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort during your stay, regardless of the time of year ?? .
