Charming 3 bedroom villa with private pool and incredible sea views

La Buena Vida is a charming, classic Andalucian villa with amazing sea views and, at the same time, all the comforts of home. It is situated on a hill in Almuñecar, in a quiet, residential area, only 10 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach, shops and restaurants.

If you decide to spend your day by the pool, you can enjoy the privacy of the villa grounds and incredible views of the sea, which feels as if it is directly below the house. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace next to the pool and in the evening, you can relax with an aperitif and take in the sparkling white lights of the old town and the expanse of the blue Mediterranean all around you from the top floor terrace.

The 3 bedroom villa is situated in the lower part of the house and has it´s own entrance. The upper floor of the villa will never be occupied at the same time as the lower part. Therefore guests will have exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.

The lower floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting-room, kitchen and spacious hallway, along with a separate laundry room. The main bedroom has a king size sleigh bed, the second a cosy double bed and the third, two single beds. The sitting-room is pleasant and spacious, combining the best of Andalucian and contemporary styles, with a generous, corner sofa and a dining table for six people. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for you to enjoy your stay; a Weber barbeque is also available for your use on the ground-floor terrace.

The villa owners have taken special care to make sure you sleep well, providing good mattresses, high thread-count cotton bedding for your comfort and dark shutters. Each of the main rooms throughout the villa has been fitted with new fans, to keep you comfortably cool
