Description
In the heart of the historic centre of Labastida, we find this charming 13th-century accommodation with views of the Ezcaray mountain range. Undoubtedly a unique place, just a few minutes' walk from the main monuments. It features a small, very welcoming garden and a typical wine cellar of the large houses that existed in the past. Two very special rooms in which to enjoy and relax in the best company.

HOUSE DISTRIBUTION
Ground floor: an entrance hall with 5 stairs going down to the txoco (kitchen area with dining room) which communicates with the outdoor terrace area and the cellar. We also find a toilet. We go up some steps and find a double bedroom.
First floor: main kitchen, living room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them inside a bedroom.
Attic floor: open living area and bedroom with bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREA
It has a small garden with a porch that is accessed from the first floor.

KITCHEN
In addition to the kitchen, it has a txoko (an area of the house typically used for gathering in the region, which has a dining room and another small kitchen)

Its magnificent winery, a constant reminder that we are in wine country. The town of Labastida, located in Rioja Alavesa, is known for its wine production and has several outstanding wineries:
