This apartment is located on a ground floor with direct access from the street, ideal for those looking for comfort and easy entry. Its open design integrates a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, perfect for up to 4 people, and a fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances: induction, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. Everything is designed so you can prepare your meals without complications. Additionally, it has a comfortable desk and high-speed fibre optic wifi connection (1GB/s symmetric), ideal for teleworking or enjoying your free time connected.

The main bedroom has a double bed with a window facing the street, protected with opaque curtains to guarantee your privacy. It also offers enough space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. If you travel with small pets (up to 5 kg), this accommodation accepts them with a supplement of 10€ per pet per day, with a maximum of two animals per booking.
