Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This spacious 72 m² apartment has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people, perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and a good location in Málaga. Located in a very well-connected neighbourhood, it offers easy access to public transport, bicycle lanes and electric scooter paths, making it easy to move around the city with total freedom. It stands out for its proximity to supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies and a nearby shopping centre, ideal for covering all your needs without complications.
Access to the building is communal via card, with the option of lift or stairs, and features a reception corridor with a built-in wardrobe to easily organise your luggage. The living-dining area is bright and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, a spacious sofa and television (not a Smart TV, so we recommend bringing an HDMI cable or Chromecast for internet connection). The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, combi fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, so you can prepare your meals without any problem. ?
Bedrooms are designed to offer rest and functionality:
- Main bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, television and wardrobe.
- Second bedroom with single bed and desk, ideal for work or study.
- Third bedroom with comfortable bunk bed, non-conventional stacked, with small wardrobe and exterior window.
Additionally, the apartment has a heat pump heating system, free WiFi, and two televisions for your entertainment.
If you come by car, even though the apartment does not have an assigned parking space, you will be able to find free parking spaces in the surrounding areas with easy access to highways to explore the entire province or travel for work.
