On the middle floor, another bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and a cosy terrace perfect for outdoor dinners. On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The living-dining room impresses with high ceilings and luxury furniture, opening onto a terrace with partial views of the sea and the city. The independent kitchen, modern and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a central island, is ideal for preparing delicious meals. In addition, it has a patio with a gas stove for greater comfort. ?

Outside, you can relax in the communal swimming pool (check times and dates), enjoy the garden with furniture, barbecue area and sunbeds to sunbathe. The property also offers free WiFi and parking space included.
