The property has 4 spacious and elegant bedrooms, equipped with large beds (2x2 metres), distributed across several floors to offer privacy and comfort. On the upper floor, the main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with spectacular views. On the middle floor, another bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and a cosy terrace perfect for outdoor dinners. On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The living-dining room impresses with high ceilings and luxury furniture, opening onto a terrace with partial views of the sea and the city. The independent kitchen, modern and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a central island, is ideal for preparing delicious meals. In addition, it has a patio with a gas stove for greater comfort. ?

Outside, you can relax in the communal swimming pool (check times and dates), enjoy the garden with furniture, barbecue area and sunbeds to sunbathe. The property also offers free WiFi and parking space included.

Its location is privileged, with supermarkets, restaurants such as Mamma Mia, Kaele (Japanese), cafes and bars just a few metres away, combining leisure and gastronomy without losing the tranquillity of the environment. ?
