Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.

This luxury apartment for 6 people is located in the emblematic Martiricos neighbourhood, just a 15-minute walk from the vibrant Calle Larios. Situated on the twelfth floor of the Martiricos Towers, it offers a unique experience with panoramic views of Málaga and an elegant and carefully designed interior. With 98 m², the accommodation has three bedrooms: two with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a third with two single beds, ensuring comfortable rest and privacy for all guests.

The apartment has an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, perfect for preparing your favourite meals. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, equipped with a Smart TV for streaming entertainment, and opens onto a 12 m² terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise over the city. Additionally, it has a washing machine, dryer, iron, central heating and air conditioning throughout the space for your comfort during any time of the year.

Regarding the common areas, you will be able to relax in the community pool located on the 30th floor roof, ideal for sunbathing and admiring the views, although this pool will be closed from September 15th to May 31st. You will also enjoy a multifunctional space on the ground floor with a projection room, coworking area, gym, and children's area with games, accessible through an innovative application. The pool area has a maximum capacity of 30 people and requires prior reservation.

Additionally, the apartment includes a parking space in the same building, wifi internet access, children's area and elevator, facilitating the stay for families and groups looking for comfort and exclusivity in Málaga.

The location is another of its great attractions: a few meters from the Guadalmedina River, urban bus stops, supermarkets and local restaurants. You will be just 2 km from Malaga airport and very close to key tourist spots such as the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Muelle Uno, La Malagueta beach and the Conception Botanical Garden. The connection with public transport is excellent, allowing you to easily explore the city and its surroundings.
