Wonderful rural house for 8 people

This charming country house offers the perfect balance between a rural environment and all the modern amenities you need for unforgettable holidays. Surrounded by nature, with views of the sea and the mountain, and absolute silence that invites disconnection, it is the ideal refuge for families or groups of friends.

Located a few minutes by car from Olías, access is easy thanks to good paved mountain roads, although the last 600 metres are on compact unpaved terrain, safe and accessible. In Olías you will find everything basic for day to day, and if you prefer large commercial surfaces, the nearest complex is just 20 minutes away. In addition, the Costa del Sol and the city of Málaga are a comfortable car journey away, perfect for combining nature with culture, beach and leisure.

The property stands out for its spacious and well-maintained exterior, with natural shade areas thanks to a grove that surrounds the garden, an outdoor kitchen to enjoy the outdoors and direct access from the interior to these areas. The plot is partially unfenced, so caution is recommended with small children.

Inside, the house is furnished with taste and quality, with a large living-dining room that integrates an American kitchen, a television area with a fireplace and a Smart TV with Starlink satellite internet connection so you can enjoy movies and series with family.

The house has three air-conditioned rooms with cold/heat air conditioning. Two bedrooms are within the main space: one with capacity for four people (double bed and bunk bed) and another with a double bed. Between them is a spacious bathroom with a shower tray. The third bedroom is independent and accessed from the outside; it has its own kitchen, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a double bed, ideal for greater privacy.

With 110 m² of cosy space, this country house has capacity for 8 people and is equipped with mosquito nets, alarm, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, barbecue, 22 m² terrace and outdoor parking in the same building. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Enjoy a private pool where you can relax under the sun of Malaga while children play safely. In addition, the location is perfect for exploring nearby natural parks, sandy and rocky beaches, charming cities such as Malaga, Rincón de la Victoria, Nerja and Marbella, and even the Sierra Nevada ski slope at 166 km.
