Just 15 minutes' walk from the vibrant Calle Larios, the accommodation is situated in the Martiricos Towers, a complex that stands out for its comfort and exclusivity, with high-quality finishes and modern furniture.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor and features a cosy entrance hall, a fully equipped American kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a Smart TV for streaming entertainment, which opens onto a charming 12 m² terrace with mountain views. The interior design radiates warmth and comfort, with two spacious bedrooms with double beds; the main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, ideal for your rest.

Among the building's amenities, guests can enjoy a communal rooftop pool (30th floor) with sun loungers and panoramic views, although this pool will remain closed from 15 September to 31 May. Additionally, there are multifunctional spaces on the ground floor that include a projection room, coworking area, gym, and children's play zone, all accessible through an innovative app and subject to reservation and limited capacity.

The location is perfect for discovering Málaga, with urban bus stops 300 m away that connect to the main points of interest: the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Muelle Uno, museums, shops and a lively gastronomic offer.
